Run for the Hills
Welcome to the Black Hills of Western South Dakota!
Thursday is arrival day! The registration room will open mid-afternoon. Friday and Saturday will feature great drives through the scenic Black Hills. Enjoy the twisting, turning roads of the Hills, as well as Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse monuments. Saturday has a planned casual meal wrap-up gathering for de-briefing and awards. Other meals will be “on your own,” allowing you to try the variety the area has to offer, or grab a bite at the on-site pub.

RV-BOWWOW
RV-BOWWOW 2026
Celebrate with us for the 20th anniversary of the RV-BOWWOW drive to the Driftless Region of Wisconsin and Minnesota. The first run in 2006 has continued in its tradition, and this will be a special anniversary year. In honor of this unique occasion, we are changing up the dates and activities just a tad. The actual, official drive dates will be 16 and 17 September 2026, with the arrival date of 15 September.
However, we are adding an optional day on the 15th of September, with cars to arrive on the 14th of September. No formal, guided tours will take place on these two days, so you are encouraged to explore the area or take one of the planned tours as a solo drive or with other participants.
We will continue on the 16th and 17th of September with the Treffen-style format, with focused small group drives and interesting destinations. No meals are arranged, so participants are encouraged to check out the foodie scene in the area. There will be a concours on the first day of the drives, so remember to bring your Ceramic liquid of choice, a veritable cornucopia of microfiber towels, and some elbow grease. 20 cars will still be the limit.
The Hampton Inn and Suites will continue to serve as the host hotel in La Crosse, WI. For more information on registration and reserving hotel rooms, don't hesitate to get in touch with John at dakpor18@gmail.com

Cars & Coffee ~ Black Hills
Will be hosting Cars & Candy 5 ~ A Trunk or Treat Event
Our FIFTH annual Trunk or Treat event is scheduled for October 25th, from 6pm to 8pm. IF you've attended the last couple of years you know that it's grown exponentially every single year. Last year we handed out over 113,000 pieces of candy to well over 1500 kiddos. We also donated $1,500 to BH Badges for Hope
Here is all the Event information for this year’s event, in one location.
No Cost for Kiddos to get Candy.
$20 Registration fee for car/trunk displays. All donated to charity (to be announced shortly)
Event Details:
Saturday, October 25th.
Trunk or Treat: 6pm-8pm or until we run out of candy
Setup/Decorate: 4pm-5:45 PM
We're going to shoot for 100k pieces of candy again this year. The weather threw off the event last year, being so cold, but we still went through that much candy.

Car Control 101
This is an informational workshop to prepare you for attending a PCA Driver’s Training (DT) and/or Driver’s Education (DE) event. This is not a race, and is not a high-speed event.
After the participants complete an inspection of their vehicle, each driver will learn the basics of braking and turning their car. This will be conducted in a controlled environment under the guidance of a PCA Driving Instructor. This will be accomplished using a closed course, cones, spotters, and safety.
Safety is always first.
Cost will be $50 per participant. Liability waivers and liability insurance will be provided.
